Our standard shipping estimates are:

7. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible returns are handled by mail using the prepaid return shipping label provided by Velmissa Bags. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns under that policy.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order details and supporting photos where available.
